At PT Prudential Life Insurance, I work in agency-building: developing agent networks, supporting recruitment, and helping agents grow through training and mentoring. I lead eight people within a broader 35-person team that includes me.
Before this, I worked as an iOS Mobile Developer at PT Danakini, developing financial-services applications with Swift alongside product managers and UI/UX designers. That experience supports my practical use of technology in performance tracking and customer relationship management.
I've completed Master's studies at BINUS University and a Data Science & Machine Learning bootcamp at Purwadhika. My focus is business opportunities that bring together team leadership, strong relationships, and thoughtful use of technology.
